James is a 13 year old boy and when he moved he was having trouble making friends and he was lost and
followed threw with a wrong way of dealing with the pressure. For that out of control behavior he had a suspension. Mental Health is not a joke. Instead of James acting out he could of used some of these ways to help. James could have tried to deal with these issues is
find a comfort toy to play around with. Toys can distract you from things going on around you because you put your focus onto the toy and your physically touching something. Physically touching something can help release stress, it knows your there. Meditating can relax your whole body and help you find your inner-self. Meditating helps with stress and mental health because it takes you away from everything around you and gets rid of those thoughts. Talking to someone can help with what your feeling. Sometimes people need to say things out in-order to feel less closed in and heavy. Doing something you love can cause you to smile but that's not always the answer but it still causes you too feel less upset or stressed. Doing something physical with music. Music changes the way you feel depending on the type. Moving around and taking anger out on a ball or punching bags it helps u feel more tired and not wanting to be upset it makes you feel nothing at all.
